Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Money Game Ventures LLC ("DealFlow," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in the DealFlow private deal network (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
Your information is used for one thing: running the Service for you. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketers. We do not run ads, use advertising or tracking cookies, or use third-party analytics. We do not use your information or your deal documents to train AI models. The only people who see your information are the members you choose to deal with and the service providers that make the Service work, as described below.
01What we collect
We collect only what the Service needs to work:
- Identity and contact details: your mobile number, name, email address, and, if you add them, a profile photo and short bio.
- Your messages and calls: what you text the DealFlow agent, and transcripts of calls you place to it.
- Your network: who invited you, who you are connected to, who you follow or mute, and which deals have been shared with you.
- Deal and investment information: deals you post, documents you upload, commitments you make (amount, investor type, U.S. person status), and your accredited investor self-certification.
- Investor documents a sponsor requires, such as tax forms (W-9 or W-8), identification, accreditation evidence, and entity or trust documents. These can contain sensitive information such as a tax identification number.
- Signing information: the names and email addresses of the people who sign subscription documents.
- Billing information for sponsors: billing email and payment records. Card details are collected and held by our payment processor, never by us.
- Security records: when a share link or an investor document is opened, we log the time, IP address, and browser type so we can detect misuse and keep an access trail.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete sign-in. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
02How we use it
We use your information only to:
- run the Service: deliver deals shared with you, let the agent answer your questions, send the notifications you have asked for, and move commitments through signing and closing;
- keep the network private and secure, including verifying that you are who you say you are and preventing fraud and abuse;
- bill sponsors for platform fees;
- provide support when you ask for it; and
- meet legal obligations.
We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the Service.
03Who can see your information
Other members. What members see depends on what you do. Your direct connections may see your name. People further away in your network see you only as an anonymous point. When you express interest in or commit to a deal, the sponsor of that deal sees your name, contact details, commitment, and the documents you submit for it, because they need them to accept and close your investment. A sponsor's own use of that information is governed by their privacy practices and your agreements with them.
Service providers. We use a small number of companies to operate the Service. Each one receives only what it needs to perform its function for us, and none of them may use your information for its own purposes:
- Messaging and calling: Linq (iMessage, RCS, and SMS delivery) and Veevo with OpenAI (voice calls).
- AI processing: Anthropic (the agent that answers your messages) and Voyage AI (searching deal documents), used through their business APIs under terms that do not permit training their models on data we send.
- E-signature: Dropbox Sign.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- Hosting, storage, and infrastructure: Vercel, Neon, and Upstash.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of DealFlow, our members, or others.
Business transfers. If DealFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
That is the complete list. We share your information with no one else.
04How we protect it
Information is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Investor documents and wire instructions are available only behind a signed-in session, and bank account details are never sent by text or email. Access to deals is limited to the members a deal has been shared with. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
05How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a member. If you leave, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records to complete a transaction, resolve disputes, comply with law, or maintain the document access trail for investments that have closed.
06Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to stop messages at any time.
- Mute or unfollow deals and members from the agent or your settings.
- Update your name, email, and profile in your settings.
- Email support@dealflow.link to get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor those requests, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
07Eligibility
The Service is only for adults who meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
08Changes to this Policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by message or on the Service before they take effect. We will never begin selling your information or sharing it for advertising.
